The Browns opened the 2012 season in disappointing fashion. Again. Where was the offense? We’ll talk about the passing of Art Modell, catch up on the Buckeyes and Bobcats early in the college football season. And talk about what the Indians are doing to listen to your feedback. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t translate to wins on the field. It’s GameTime!

1Q: Browns vs. Eagles

  • Great game by the defense. Great game by the Special Teams. Unfortunately, the offense did not show up.
  • Team loses yet again in their season opener.
  • This was a winnable game if the offense merely played below average! But they were way worse!

2Q: Art Modell

  • The former Browns owner was instrumental in the League’s success in the 60’s and 70s.
  • His decision to move the team to Baltimore in 1995 forever destroyed his legacy in Cleveland.
  • We’ll talk about the man and the move.

3Q: College Football

  • The Buckeyes defeat UCF on the strength of Braxton Miller’s legs
    • The Defense is not getting pressure on opposing QBs through two games.
    • Which running back will step up? We can’t solely depend on Miller to carry the load.
    • Cal up next at the Horseshoe.
  • The Bobcats rolled over New Mexico St 51-24
    • No hangover after Penn St but game was tight in 1st half (21-14 at intermission)
    • OU blew it open in Q3 with rushing, passing and Pick 6 TDs.
    • Tyler Tettleton 15/23 for 257yds, 2TDs
    • Blankenship rushed for 168 yds on 27 carries and 2 TDs
    • Ohio U goes to play at Marshall on Saturday

4Q: Indians feedback

  • 2012 Season Ticket Renewals
  • Fan Research Project
